Sales Innovation partners with leading universities to deliver customized consultation, sales education and ongoing coaching for sales teams and managers. Our mission is to provide programs that deliver the highest return on each customer’s investment in learning, achieving continuous improvement in individual and company-wide sales performance.
Our Philosophy

We will guide them, giving our honest and thoughtful opinion on what needs to be done. We will not shy away from difficult issues. We will be a facilitator of change at every level of the customer’s organization.
- At our own cost, we will always complete a preliminary needs assessment before moving to the proposal phase. We will discourage a customer from investing time and money on training if we do not believe that the organization is prepared to transfer the learning to practice.
- We will encourage customers to take a holistic view of their sales organization. We will help them prioritize their investment in training based on the outcome of the needs assessment.
- We will encourage learners to apply Web 2.0 technology to the sales process by incorporating it throughout their learning experience.
- Organizations that measure sales performance improvement are more effective than those that do not. We will show companies how to make measurement simple and effective without creating administrative burdens for managers or sales representatives.
